Vestly is built privacy-first. We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud account.
None on our side. Vestly has no accounts and no servers that receive your information. The equity details you enter — company names, ticker symbols, share counts, grant and vesting dates, your marginal tax rate, and any salary or bonus figures — are stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced to your private iCloud account through Apple’s CloudKit. The developer cannot access this data.
We use no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. The app does not track you across other apps or websites.
Because your data lives only on your device and in your iCloud, you are in full control of it. Deleting the app removes its local data, and you can remove synced data from your iCloud storage at any time.
Vestly is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. It is rated suitable for ages 4 and up.
Your information is protected by the built-in security of your device and of Apple’s iCloud. Requests to the market-data API are made over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Since we do not hold your personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete. You retain complete control over the information stored on your device and in your iCloud. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may grant you additional rights over your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
